Field Marketing Manager, Americas - Education
This role is for a hands‑on marketer who can think strategically and execute flawlessly. You will build digital campaigns that generate pipeline and orchestrate events that deepen client engagement. You will partner closely with sales and cross‑functional teams to deliver demand programs that generate leads, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen client relationships.
What You Will DoDemand Generation
- Design and execute integrated multi‑channel campaigns across digital, ABM, content syndication, paid media, email, and social.
- Partner with Rev Ops to optimize lead flow, nurture programs, and scoring models to drive high‑quality opportunities.
- Partner with Sales and Rev Ops to track pipeline impact, velocity, and ROI.
- Continuously test and refine campaigns for improved performance.
Field Marketing & Events
- Plan and deliver client‑facing events, executive dinners, round tables, and industry conferences that generate leads and accelerate deals.
- Own regional field marketing strategy in partnership with sales leadership.
- Leverage events for account engagement, cross‑sell, and upsell opportunities.
- Measure event ROI with clear metrics tied to pipeline influence.
Collaboration
- Work with Product Marketing on messaging and content tailored to campaigns and events.
- Align closely with Sales on account targeting, follow‑up, and pipeline acceleration.
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources across programs.
- Key success metrics: marketing‑sourced pipeline & ARR growth, ROI from campaigns and events, lead conversion rates through the funnel, event attendance and target account engagement, impact on sales velocity and deal progression.
- Experience in B2B demand generation and field marketing (SaaS or tech preferred).
- Track record of driving pipeline through both digital campaigns and events.
- Strong knowledge of AI processes, marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo, Hub Spot, Salesforce).
- Event marketing experience including planning, execution, and ROI reporting.
- Data‑driven mindset with ability to connect marketing activities to revenue.
- Strong collaboration and project management skills.
- High‑impact role with ownership across digital, field, and events.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $86,000 – 108,000 plus commission, restricted stock units and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job‑related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
