Associate, Strategy and Growth RoleThis role supports the agency’s strategy and growth functions, spanning research, insights, planning, measurement, and new business development. The Associate, Strategy and Growth
, helps translate data, trends, and business challenges into actionable guidance and recommendations that inform account strategies, creative work, and agency growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is energized by solving problems, connecting dots, and contributing across a variety of assignments and industries, while helping the agency demonstrate its capabilities and impact.
- Conduct research and maintain awareness of industries, audiences, competitors, and trends to inform strategy, measurement, and new business initiatives.
- Synthesize findings into clear insights, summaries, and recommendations.
- Support development of strategic briefs and plans.
- Develop internal and client-facing presentations and other communications.
- Maintain awareness of marketing and cultural trends.
- Collaborate closely with account teams to ensure strategy and measurement meaningfully inform communications and campaigns.
- Apply foundational knowledge of marketing and PR to connect insights to channel, program, and business development recommendations.
- Use research and new business platforms to surface prospects, maintain pipeline lists, and assist with outreach campaigns.
- Structured thinker with strong analytical instincts.
- Strong research, synthesis, and insight development abilities.
- Solid writing, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong time management skills and ability to shift between competing priorities.
- Fast learner with a genuine interest in strategy, marketing, PR, and agency growth.
- Proactive, takes initiative, and can work independently when needed.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, PR, strategy, or new business; agency experience preferred.
Starting Salary for this position: $64,000
Please note: We are only considering candidates currently based in the Boston area. This role requires in-office presence two days per week
—Wednesdays plus one additional day determined in partnership with your manager. These expectations may evolve over time.
