Position: Project Manager- Marketing (Boston, MA)

Managing dedicated client relationships and all related client interface in partnership with senior designers; providing strategic oversight in the development, execution, and implementation of branded communications including print collateral, new media, environmental communications, etc., ranging from multi-component systems to discrete projects; working with internal client base and directly with the design team, production manager, and other stakeholders to develop project scope, production schedule, and strategy for assigned deliverables;

creating and executing solutions consistent with client’s budget parameters, and considering innovative ways to maximize budget; maintaining and updating project database and generating relevant reports. Experience as an Account or Project Manager working within a creative department.

Preferred candidates will have experience as an Account or Project Manager in/with financial services or related industries/clients. They should possess excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, organizational, project management, facilitation, presentation, relationship, and vendor management skills. Ability to oversee and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Typical day-to-day activities include:

  • Working closely with Channel Marketing Managers, Digital Engagement leads, and colleagues across other marketing teams.
  • Collaborating within Channel Marketing, leveraging guidance from experienced team members.
  • Supporting Global Digital Engagement through creating campaign readouts in PowerPoint, assisting with virtual events, webinars, paid media, and digital platform updates.
  • Assessing current team processes and helping develop or maintain process documentation.
  • Preparing for conferences and sponsored events.
  • Auditing the web experience, including competitive reviews and best practices.
  • Managing scheduling, meetings, agendas, and minutes.
  • Maintaining web expiration trackers and compliance approval processes.
  • Updating internal team communications, such as bi-monthly distribution emails.

Skills required include a marketing or communications degree with 1-3 years of work experience, excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is necessary.

Nice-to-haves include familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, Workfront, or Mark Track.

Educational background preferred is a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Science, or a related field. The role is suitable for recent graduates or those with 1-3 years of experience or internships.
