What You’ll Be Part OfA collaborative communications and marketing group responsible for shaping how a sophisticated investment platform shows up — internally and externally. You’ll contribute across content, digital channels, events, and special projects, while learning how marketing supports a complex, global business.
How You’ll Spend Your Time- Writing and shaping content for digital platforms, internal communications, and social channels
- Helping manage and refresh marketing materials so everything stays current, accurate, and on-brand
- Supporting research and competitive insights that inform messaging and positioning
- Coordinating the behind‑the‑scenes work for photo shoots, video production, and executive profiles
- Partnering with internal teams on events, campaigns, and firm‑wide initiatives
- Keeping projects organized — managing timelines, calendars, and deliverables
- Jumping into special projects where structure, follow‑through, and creativity matter
- A few years of hands‑on marketing or communications experience
- Someone who enjoys writing, editing, and refining messaging
- Comfort juggling multiple projects without losing attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills, with an analytical mind set
- Curiosity about finance, investing, or complex industries (no prior expertise required)
