Communications Co-op

About the Role We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Co-op to join our Communications & Consumer Relations team, supporting consumer engagement, internal communications, and brand storytelling initiatives. This 6-month co-op program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer relations, content creation, data analysis, and corporate communications within a dynamic consumer packaged goods environment. The Co-op will contribute to projects that directly impact both internal stakeholders and external consumers.

This position is part of our 6-month Co-op Program, running from January 4, 2027 through June 25, 2027. The role follows a hybrid work model, with team members expected to work three days per week from our Boston Seaport Corporate Office and the remaining days remotely.

Key Responsibilities Consumer Relations & Customer Engagement Respond to consumer ("drinker") inquiries and contacts, delivering exceptional customer service experiences.

Coordinate and fulfill goodwill shipments for consumers as appropriate.

Analyze consumer feedback and contact trends to identify actionable insights for Brand and Quality teams.

Communications & Content Development Create content for corporate brand social media and communication channels.

Support internal communication initiatives through the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of Brew Hub content.

Assist with repurposing communications and messaging for various internal and external audiences.

Analytics & Reporting Track and report consumer insights and engagement trends.

Support cross-functional reporting efforts by providing data-driven observations and recommendations.

Collaborate with teams across the business to communicate key findings and support decision-making.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Journalism, or a related field.

Must continue to be enrolled in school after the completion of their co-op.

Must be 21 years of age or older.  Strong customer service skills and a passion for creating positive consumer experiences.

Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Effective time management and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications Experience using CRM platforms or other customer relationship management systems.

Exposure to Power BI or other data visualization and reporting tools.

Social media content creation or community management experience.
