  • Ability to independently manage operational processes and recommend improvements that increase team productivity.

What the Client Needs You to Do

The client needs a detail-oriented project management professional who can bring structure, consistency, and visibility to a busy marketing operation.

This individual will coordinate requests, organize creative resources, manage project tracking tools, and keep marketing initiatives progressing according to established expectations. A major focus will be improving how work is requested, assigned, reviewed, approved, documented, and delivered.

The successful candidate will establish reliable processes, strengthen communication between teams, and provide leadership with clear insight into project activity, resource availability, and upcoming deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee marketing and creative assignments throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring requirements, timelines, and deliverables remain clearly defined.

  • Coordinate daily project activity among marketing, communications, design, and production stakeholders to maintain alignment on priorities and progress.

  • Build and manage detailed work plans that identify milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, approval requirements, and completion targets.

  • Evaluate incoming requests and work with department leadership to establish priorities based on urgency, available resources, and business needs.

  • Administer Asana as the central project tracking platform, maintaining accurate assignments, schedules, workflow structures, templates, and performance dashboards.

  • Monitor project execution, identify potential delays or capacity issues, and coordinate appropriate solutions before deadlines are affected.

  • Guide creative materials through drafting, revisions, stakeholder feedback, authorization, production preparation, and final distribution.

  • Maintain organized systems for approved marketing assets, including consistent file structures, document histories, creative versions, and completed campaign records.

  • Track advertising activity across digital, physical, paid, and organization-managed communication channels, documenting placement schedules, formats, and distributed materials.
