Overview

Seeking a strategic, data-driven fundraising leader to grow and diversify our Corporate and Foundation Relations portfolio. Reporting to the VP & Chief Development Officer, you’ll lead major gift efforts, build partnerships, and mentor a high-performing team. This role requires deep experience in healthcare or nonprofit fundraising, a passion for equity and social justice, and expertise in strategic planning, operations, and donor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead major gift efforts and grow the Corporate and Foundation Relations portfolio.

• Build and manage partnerships with corporate partners and foundations.

• Mentor and develop a high-performing fundraising team.

• Partner with leadership to drive strategic planning, operations, and donor engagement.

• Utilize data-driven approaches to fundraising and equity-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in fundraising with 10+ years in leadership

• Proven success in securing institutional gifts

• Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills

• Experience in healthcare or complex nonprofit environments
