The Trustees of Reservations in Massachusetts is seeking a Major Gift Officer to advance a $325M+ campaign. You will manage a regionally based portfolio of roughly 150 donors, focus on gifts of $25,000-plus, and work toward securing over $1M in annual gifts.
You'll partner with the Senior Director of Philanthropy, coordinate with Development, Marketing, and program staff, prepare donor briefings and proposals, and travel to donor meetings across the state, including evenings and weekends.
