Ameri Corps & Senior Corps’ Semester in the City program places quarter-time fellows in the Boston area, working in capacity-building roles at local nonprofits. Fellows expand efficiency, effectiveness, and reach through service activities and a host-site project.
Participants gain civic and professional skills, complete a real-world project, take two college-credit courses, and receive a living allowance and training during the service period.
