We operate four health centers and offer telehealth statewide as part of a network of 600 Planned Parenthood affiliates nationwide.

Position Summary

  • Work with annual giving and development operations teams to ensure smooth donor transitions through the giving continuum and strengthen the overall funding pipeline.
  • Partner with the manager of donor engagement to plan and execute strategic cultivation events and touchpoints for high-value prospects.

Executive Briefings & Donor Communications

  • Prepare the CEO, chief development officer (CDO), and senior leadership for donor interactions by drafting pre-meeting briefings, strategy outlines, and timely post-meeting follow-ups.
  • Draft personalized, high-impact communications, proposals, and stewardship updates that demonstrate the tangible outcomes of donor gifts.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of donor strategies, contacts, and moves management in the donor database (CRM).
