At Brighton Post Acute
, you will work as an 11pm‑7am Overnight Nurse Supervisor on Mondays through Fridays. Every weekend or every other weekend is required with a rotating Manager on Duty schedule.

Qualifications- Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine is required
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN/LPN in Massachusetts.
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
- Minimum 5+ years nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or other healthcare setting, and a minimum of 1-2 years experience as a nurse supervisor.
- Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public.
- Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers.
- Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.

Range: $38.00‑$60.00 per hour.
