We are looking for a dedicated RN Supervisor to provide leadership and care at North End Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 100‑bed sub‑acute and long‑term care facility that values compassion and quality care.

Details

Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available. Shift: 4 PM – 10 PM. Same day pay. Compensation: $38‑$60 per hour with $5 PIB.

Responsibilities
  • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in Massachusetts.
  • Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
  • No previous supervisor experience needed; training will be provided.
  • Effective communication skills and professionalism, dealing tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the public.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to nursing care centers.
Qualifications
  • Current, unencumbered active RN license in Massachusetts.
  • Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
  • Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
