Spanish Speaking LPN

Spanish Speaking LPN - up to $43/hr

A brand new Adult Day Health Center is opening in January, and we are seeking a compassionate and bilingual Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support the launch and daily clinical operations. This role is ideal for an LPN who values community-based care, enjoys working with seniors, and wants to make a meaningful impact in a culturally centered environment.

• Provide daily nursing care, health checks, and monitoring for adult day participants
• Communicate effectively with participants and families (conversational Spanish required)
• Assist with care for seniors experiencing memory loss or cognitive challenges
• Complete timely EMR documentation (Home Care GPS) and maintain accurate records
• Support the RN and team with care routines, program operations, and participant engagement

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
• Conversational Spanish to communicate with participants
• Experience caring for seniors (adult day health, assisted living, nursing home, home care, or similar)
• Compassion, patience, and passion for senior care
• Comfort with EMR systems and basic computer skills
