Location:5W Teaching and Innovation Unit
Schedule:24 Hour (Day/Night / Every 3rd Weekend)
About the Critical Care/Innovation Unit Department at BMC:BMC's Teaching Innovation Unit explores nursing model redesign aimed at directing Registered Nurses (RNs) to work to the top of their license. RNs selected for this unit should be prepared to work on innovation teams that pilot, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of new technologies and workflows. The unit offers a collaborative, teaching/learning environment through RN leadership, healthcare team members, and clinical education, providing a true career-advancing opportunity.
Position Summary:As an RN in the Critical Care unit, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. You will be supported by a dedicated nursing organization and will be able to provide the high-quality care your patients deserve.
Job Responsibilities:Diploma, ASN, or BSN (preferred). Ability to obtain BSN within 4 years.
