Hospital Licensed Practical Nurse $48/hr

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a strong background in Med‑Surg nursing, tracheotomy care, and telemetry monitoring. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hospital experience providing care to adult patients preparing for or recovering from surgical procedures. This role requires comfort and expertise in medical care; candidates with a heavy psych background are not preferred.

• Deliver patient‑focused care in a Med‑Surg environment, with an emphasis on pre‑operative and post‑operative support for adult patients.
• Provide routine care for tracheostomies, including suctioning and maintaining tracheostomy tubes.
• Track and record vital signs and heart activity using telemetry equipment.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute patient care plans.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Educate patients and their families on post‑surgery care, medication instructions, and recovery procedures.

• 2 years of providing care to adult surgical patients, tracheotomy care, and telemetry experience.
• Active LPN license in MA.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
