This full‑time position supports a facility serving approximately 160 members, with an average daily attendance of 90, ensuring compliance with Mass Health regulations and required staffing ratios. The RN will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members to maintain consistent care standards and ensure every patient receives compassionate, reliable service.

- Full‑time, 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM)
- Compensation: $45–$50 per hour (based on experience)
- Direct hire opportunity with consistent, stable work hours in a regulated healthcare setting
- Deliver nursing care and clinical support in accordance with individualized health plans and facility protocols
- Ensure compliance with Mass Health staffing ratios and documentation standards
- Conduct daily patient assessments, maintain accurate health records, and report changes in condition promptly
- Support smooth facility operations by adhering to scheduled work hours and providing reliable daily coverage
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to promote a safe and supportive care environment
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a regulated healthcare, community health, or assisted living facility
- Availability to work onsite, full‑time (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM)
- Background in adult day health, rehabilitation, or long‑term care settings
- Familiarity with Medicaid or Mass Health regulatory standards and reporting
- Experience supporting diverse patient populations or community‑based programs
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) Documentation:
Proficiency in digital charting systems
