• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies.
• Manage, mentor, and develop nursing staff to promote a positive and efficient care environment.
• Coordinate and participate in quality assurance initiatives and resident care planning.
• Collaborate with physicians, family members, and facility leadership to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Drive staff education, regulatory compliance, and survey readiness.

• Current RN license in the state of Massachusetts, in good standing.
• Minimum 3-5 years of nursing leadership experience in a SNF or long-term care setting.
• Proven track record in managing staff, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
