Position: Registered Nurse, Main Operating Room ($20,000 sign-on)
Position Summary/

Department Summary:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team within our Boston Operating Room.

Key Responsibilities:

* Peri-operative care in both scrub and circulating roles.

* Providing clinical support and resources.

* Working collaboratively in a family-centered peri-operative environment.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

* A Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Experience:

* A minimum of 1 year of Operating Room experience as an RN.

* Pediatric Operating Room RN experience preferred.

* 2+ years of Operating Room experience as an RN preferred.

Licensure/

Certifications:

* Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse RN
* $20,000 sign-on for RNs with over 2 years of OR experience who have not worked at BCH in 2+ years
* * This position is eligible for a $10,000 Employee Referral Bonus for internal employees
* * Additional $8/hour incentive for all hours worked after orientation is completed
