Nursing Supervisor!
The Bostonian, a not-for-profit organization, is a spacious, recently renovated 121-bed skilled nursing facility with a unique neighborhood setting conveniently located in metro Boston MA, accessible by public transportation. The Bostonian is a preferred post acute provider for major acute care hospitals in the Boston area. We provide short term rehabilitation, long term care and respite care.

Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN State License and current CPR certification
Registered Nurse (preferred)
Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting. Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care.
Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills.
Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred.
Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
Supervise nurses and CNAs
Manage staffing changes
Support family inquiries and screen visitors
Coordinate patient/resident referrals with central admissions
Ensure high quality resident/patient care
Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
