CompensationPay range: $59.00–$75.00/hour

Psychiatric NP, Child & Adolescent Part‑time, 10–16 hours per week, with flexible scheduling
Evaluate and treat patients under 18, providing psychiatric assessment, care, and health education Prescribe medications, including controlled substances, using evidence-based medicine Provide consultation to nurses triaging walk‑in or call‑in patients Manage and follow up on patients through EMR Maintain continuity of care across referrals, ER visits, and specialty/inpatient services Refer patients for specialty services in consultation with an MD Participate in continuing education and annual performance evaluations Educate patients and families on mental health, medications, and treatment plans Collaborate with behavioral health clinicians on medication management referrals and follow‑ups Productivity standard: 90% clinical time, 10% case management;
7–8 patients per 4‑hour session
- Active Massachusetts license to practice psychiatry
- Active PMHNP board certification
- At least 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents
- Prior ambulatory experience preferred
