As a Locum NP, you will play an essential role in delivering comprehensive care to patients, collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals. • Provide direct patient care in the Hematology and Medical Oncology departments
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop patient care plans
• Administer treatments and therapies in accordance with established protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options and side effects
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic medical records

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Massachusetts
• Associate's degree in Nursing or related field;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Basic understanding of Hematology and Medical Oncology principles
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in an oncology setting is highly desirable
• Commitment to patient care and continuous professional development

Monday-Friday, 8:30a-5p

No call requirement

11 infusion bays

Daily Volume: 32 patients
