Per Diem Nurse

• Provide clinical oversight and resident assessments
• Monitor resident health and communicate changes in condition
• Support and collaborate with our Resident Care team
• Assist with care planning and coordination
• Help ensure residents receive exceptional, compassionate care

• Valid, unrestricted nursing license
• Nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Senior living or elder care experience is a plus
