American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Operating Room position requiring kidney transplant, neuro, spine, ortho trauma, and robotics experience in a Level I Trauma setting.

• OR West unit consisting of 10 operating rooms focused on Inpatient Level I Trauma Surgery
• 12-hour night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
• No on-call requirements when working nights
• May be required to work holidays and weekend rotation while on contract
• No floating or charge responsibilities required

• Active MA RN license required in hand
• Experience with kidney transplant, neuro, spine, orthopedic trauma, and robotics surgery required
• Experience in general surgery, organ procurement, ENT (primarily head & neck), GYN, urology, and trauma preferred
• Ability to scrub and/or circulate across a wide variety of surgical procedures
• Flu vaccine documentation required prior to acceptance

• Care for patients undergoing bariatric, neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedic trauma, spine, major plastic reconstruction, robotic surgery, and kidney/liver transplant procedures
• Weekly orientation held every Monday barring a holiday
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility, as local candidates will not be accepted
• Previous Beth Israel Lahey Health employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must have a 6-month break before returning to any BILH facility
• COVID vaccine plus booster and flu vaccine required, with medical exemptions allowed
• All RTO requests must be submitted and approved in advance
• Interview conducted by the hiring manager, who will also extend the offer
