American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN for a Level I Trauma inpatient surgical unit, requiring a MA RN license and the ability to circulate ortho, neuro, ENT, general surgery, and kidney transplant cases.

• Level I Trauma inpatient OR unit with 10 operating rooms
• Surgical caseload includes bariatric, neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedic trauma, spine, major plastic reconstruction, robotic surgery, and kidney and liver transplants
• 12H Night shift schedule, 36 hours per week
• No on-call requirement, but holiday and weekend rotation required
• Primarily based at the West Main campus with possible floating to East or CVI OR

• Active MA RN license required (in hand)
• Must be able to circulate ortho, neuro, ENT, general surgery, and kidney transplant cases
• Scrub experience highly preferred
• Experience with robotics, transplants, spine, GYN, urology, organ procurement, and trauma surgery a plus

• Care for a wide variety of surgical patients within a high-acuity inpatient trauma surgery environment
• Holiday coverage required for any holiday falling during the contract; RTO must be pre-approved and submitted with availability
• Weekly orientation held every Monday (excluding holidays)
• Local candidates and those residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be accepted
• Previous BILH employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must have a 6-month break before returning
• COVID vaccine (plus booster) and flu vaccine required, with medical exemptions allowed
• First-time travelers may be considered
