RN, Medical ICU - MGH

Join one of the nation’s premier critical care teams as a Registered Nurse in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) at Massachusetts General Hospital, providing specialized care for patients with complex medical conditions.

• Pay: $42 - $108/hour
• Location: Boston, MA
• Facility: Massachusetts General Hospital
• Department/Unit: Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU)
• Schedule: Full-Time, Rotating shifts

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.

Education:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of med/surg experience
• ICU experience strongly preferred

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current RN License in Massachusetts
• ACLS and CCRN certifications preferred
