The Bostonian Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently seeking a Nurse Unit Manager on our Sub-Acute Unit

- Current Massachusetts nursing license (RN/LPN)
- Registered Nurse strongly preferred
- Experience with electronic medical record
- Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid leadership abilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Mentor RN/LPN Staff Nurses
- Provide guidance to our Nursing Assistants
- Monitor training for new orients
- Ensure continual delivery of high-quality nursing care
- Greet new admissions and participate in discharge planning
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
- Direct workflow efficiently within time constraints
- Contribute to QAPI analysis and initiatives
