The New Graduate RN in the Ortho/Urology Unit at Mass General Brigham provides safe, compassionate, and comprehensive patient care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. - Schedule: Full-Time, Rotating shifts
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patient conditions under Registered Nurse supervision.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Educate patients and families about health management and treatment plans.
- Follow infection prevention and control practices to maintain a safe clinical environment.
- Respond promptly to emergent situations using sound judgment and critical thinking.
Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
Experience: Hospital or managed care experience 0-1 year preferred

Certifications:
Current Registered Nurse MA RN license required
