Travel RN - Med​/Surg - IV Therapy

American Traveler is hiring a Vascular Access RN for a day/night rotating IV Therapy position requiring active MA RN licensure and vascular access experience.

• Active MA RN license required; no conditional or pending licenses accepted
• Current BLS certification (AHA only)
• Minimum 2 years of vascular access experience required
• Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required
• USGPIV experience preferred
• PICC troubleshooting experience preferred
• Phlebotomy experience preferred
• Both NURSYS and BON verification required for nursing license

• Work in the IV Therapy unit of a hospital setting
• 13-week assignment with rotating day/night shifts
• Uses Epic for charting
• Perform vascular access procedures including PICC line troubleshooting and ultrasound-guided IV placement
• Flu vaccination required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
• Local candidates accepted if permanent residence is at least 60 miles from Boston, MA, at a reduced rate
• RTO must be disclosed at time of consideration
