Hire Partnership is seeking an experienced ICU or Critical Care Nurse for an exciting opportunity with an established medical device company in Boston. This position is ideal for a nurse who enjoys teaching and is interested in transitioning from traditional bedside nursing into a clinical education role. The Clinical Education Specialist will provide training and support to healthcare professionals on advanced medical monitoring technology.

The position is primarily based at a leading Boston hospital, with occasional travel to other local healthcare facilities.

• Provide hands-on education and training to nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Demonstrate and support the use of advanced medical monitoring equipment.
• Serve as a clinical resource for hospital staff.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clinical teams.
• Support the implementation and effective use of medical technology.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with ICU, Critical Care, or Anesthesia experience.
• Strong understanding of cardiovascular physiology and hemodynamics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teaching skills.
• Comfortable working independently and interacting with healthcare professionals at all levels.
• Enthusiastic about learning new medical technologies.
• Valid driver's license for occasional local travel.
• Previous clinical education or medical device experience is a plus.
