Geriatric Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Practitioner, Healthcare Nursing
Reliant Medical Group, part of Optum, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver in-home primary care to frail geriatric patients in the Metro West region. You will own your panel and work with a supportive team, managing about 6–8 visits per day with autonomy and strong clinical backing.
Massachusetts licensure (or ability to obtain), plus National Board Certification and BLS are required. Travel reimbursement is provided along with a comprehensive benefits package.
