Labor and Delivery RN – Rotating, 3x12

Boston, MA | Acute Care

Contract | Full-Time | Rotating Shifts, 3x12 | Every Other Weekend

• Provide direct patient care to laboring and postpartum patients in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Monitor fetal heart rate patterns and maternal vital signs throughout the labor process
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and support surgical teams during cesarean sections
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams including physicians, midwives, and support staff
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record

• Active RN license in Massachusetts or compact license eligibility
• BLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required or must be obtained prior to start
• Minimum 1–2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• Ability to work rotating shifts including every other weekend

• Experience in a high-volume Labor and Delivery unit
• Familiarity with electronic fetal monitoring and obstetric EMR systems
• Travel nursing experience in a Labor and Delivery setting
