Michael S. Coffin LLC is seeking dependable and experienced Snow Removal Crew Leaders to manage snow removal services for a defined territory of residential properties during winter events. This is a seasonal, on-call role focused on leading a small crew, operating equipment safely, and ensuring high-quality service across a dedicated client list.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, responsive, and confident managing snow removal across a dedicated list of residential properties. While some sites require equipment operation, the majority of our work is performed by hand, including shoveling walks, stairs, and tight access areas. Snow Crew Leaders are responsible for upholding MSC’s high standards of care while ensuring clear communication with dispatch and real-time documentation in the field.

• Manage a territory of 10+ residential properties during snow events.
• Lead 1-2 crew members and coordinate on-site execution.
• Comfortable with shovel work and tight-access clearing.
• Operate and maintain plows, snow blowers, and support equipment.
• Follow snow removal best practices and ensure site safety.
• Document site conditions and services completed using digital tools.
• Maintain communication with office staff throughout each event.

• Prior experience with residential snow removal
• Confident operating snow equipment and troubleshooting field issues
• Organized and responsive during early morning and overnight events
• Familiar with snow service procedures, safety, and property protection
• Clear communicator with both crew members and office personnel
