• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi‑line phone system, greet clients positively, and ensure every interaction reflects compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions—keeping the hospital running smoothly.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and various hospital services to promote the best care for every pet.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: be a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect while treating each pet as your own.

• Passion for excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills—capable of prioritizing and multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• A collaborative, team‑first mindset who can work independently and with direction.
• Veterinary software experience preferred. Flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
