Under the direct supervision of the assigned Account Manager, you will be responsible for keeping the landscape green and healthy. The landscape must be free of weeds, pests, and rubbish. The irrigation system must be in working condition. The equipment, tools, and vehicles must be cared for on a daily basis. The applicant must follow the company standards and procedures when performing the required tasks.

• Mow grass and ground covers as directed.
• Edge and trim lawns, hedges and ground covers.
• Trim low tree branches, fronds, and limbs.
• Use of various equipment and hand tools for routine maintenance service.
• Assist with irrigation checks or repairs as assigned by Account Manager.
• Keep property free from unwanted vines and weeds.
• Plant as needed or assigned by Account Manager.
• Pull and remove weeds from the landscape - by the root.
• Inspect and clean equipment on a daily basis.
• Wash and clean vehicles inside and out every Friday.
• Perform shop duties as assigned by your Crew Leader, Account Manager, and Operations Manager.
• Perform other related duties as may be required or assigned.

• Must know how to operate machinery or have the ability to learn quickly.
• Be able to follow instructions and safety procedures, including safety rules of operating equipment.
• Must have strong decision making and good supervisory skills.
• Good communication skills; verbally and written, required.
