Complete and/or review Incoming, In-Process and Final Inspection documentation. (Component Inspection Folders,checklist, release forms, calibration data records etc.
Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCE’s) on Nonconformance’s.Perform detailed review of Device History Records and labels as part of final inspection/release activities for the finished product. Inspect field service replaceable units. Perform requested inspections for Engineering and other departments. (First Articles and Courtesy inspections) And assist with the development of appropriate inspectionprocedures, checklist, forms and Inspection Instructions.
Maintain QC Activity Collection Plans and other applicable tracking logs.
Prepared incoming inspection reports such as Inspection projects Skip lot and incoming inspection inventory.
2+ years of experience in incoming inspection experience with the ability to read prints and drawings, use height gauges, calipers, surface plate, CMM or vision system skills are a plus
Education/ExperienceHigh school diploma
