We specialize in helping clients with rentals, home sales, and multifamily properties across Greater Boston. As we expand, we’re looking for motivated and driven real estate agents to join our team.

• Represent renters, buyers, and sellers in real estate transactions
• Manage client relationships and provide excellent service
• Market rental and sales listings across multiple platforms
• Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently
• Build your personal brand while benefiting from the brokerage’s marketing resources

• A motivated, self-starter with strong communication skills
• Massachusetts real estate license (or currently pursuing)
• Interest in both rentals and sales (experience is a plus but not required)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build a long-term career in real estate
