Terra Pact is dedicated to the acquisition and monetization of real estate assets within the right‑of‑way corridor, wireless and wireline digital infrastructure ecosystem.

Location

Boston, MA and Phoenix, AZ.

The Real Estate Manager will be a key contributor to Terra Pact’s vision of becoming North America’s largest owner and manager of critical infrastructure assets. You will quickly develop a general understanding of the company’s business, including its real‑estate ownership, asset management, and acquisitions. Immediate contributions will include managing cell towers, commercial buildings, ground leases under towers, and other commercial properties.

Professionalism, courtesy, efficiency, and enthusiasm, along with adherence to company policies and core values, are expected. Infrequent travel will be required.

Essential Duties
  • Project manage repairs, maintenance, and modifications of cell towers and other assets
  • Prioritize effectively and multi‑task a large workload
  • Maintain and procure necessary relationships with contractors and vendors
  • Integrate newly acquired assets into Terra Pact’s portfolio
  • Work cross‑functionally with legal, finance, business development, and executive teams
  • Manage the company’s portfolio of commercial properties nationwide
  • Proactively interact with tenants to promote excellent landlord/tenant relations
  • Establish and improve the company’s data and best practices
Required Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in commercial real estate, finance, consulting, or a related field
  • 1+ year’s experience managing cell towers
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Quick learner capable of working independently and in teams
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present compelling ideas clearly and effectively to colleagues, clients, tenants, vendors, and adversaries
