Transaction Manager (Global)
SummaryResponsible for overseeing the global portfolio of a large multinational technology client, acting as the day‑to‑day point of contact. Manage real estate transaction services, monitor workflows, ensure quality, and perform advanced transactions as required.
Responsibilities- Manage delivery of real estate services, focusing on effective real‑estate functions, contracts, negotiations, and required transaction services.
- Manage and negotiate advanced transactions, including market optimisation, site identification, LOI and lease terms, and renewals.
- Develop and grow existing relationships with the client.
- Travel internationally with the client to pending assignments and transactions.
- Track and monitor day‑to‑day transaction work and workload of team members.
- Coordinate with account wasan internal and external, ensuring tracking and reporting of client deliverables.
- Manage, review, and approve a large volume of all transaction types.
- Adhere to all state real estate agency requirements.
- Provide suggestions and best practices for process and technical improvements relating to the transaction process.
- Identify potential issues and takeוביל action accordingly.
- Work closely with internal parties such as Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teams.
- Provide training and onboarding support for new team members and ongoing development of associates.
- Manage or execute special projects as assigned.
- Provide a high level of customer service to clients and vendors.
- Team player.
- Entertain clients with dinner,ేప sporting events, ensuring the relationship is one of trust and enjoyment.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Must hold a state real estate salesperson license.
- 3‑5 years of relevant commercial real‑estate experience, preferably in lease negotiations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Solid familiarity with lease language, Common Area Maintenance reconciliation, insurance and real‑estate taxes.
- Demonstrated leadership, self‑management, and problem‑resolution skills.
- Ability to manage, review, and approve a large strconv volume of transactions simultaneously.
- Strong financing, budgeting, and pro‑forma modelling skills.
- Proven record of providing exceptional internal and external customer service.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and a sense of urgency by meeting or exceeding deadlines.

Benefits & CompensationIn addition to salary,levet the role is eligible for a discretionary bonus. Cushman & Wakefield provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance; flexible spending accounts; health savings accounts; retirement savings plans; life and disability insurance; and paid and unpaid time off. Salary ranges from $76,500.00 to $90,000.00, depending on factors such as location, experience, and collective bargaining agreements.
