Real Estate Agent

617 Living is a Boston real estate team at Compass, founded by Daniel OLeary in 2015. We represent buyers, sellers, and investors when a change in life calls for a move, and the team has guided more than 3,400 moves across Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Brookline, and beyond.

We are adding a licensed agent who wants to build a sales career on a base of real transaction volume. You will work with buyers, sellers, and renters across Greater Boston, with the team's mentorship, systems, and brand behind you.

• Represent buyers and sellers from first conversation through closing, including pricing, offers, negotiation, and inspections
• Guide renters and landlords through leasing, where many of tomorrow's buyers and sellers start
• Run showings and open houses, and bring listings to market with the team's marketing support
• Track neighborhood market activity so your advice rests on current data
• Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and appraisers
• Keep client and transaction records current in the team's systems

• At least one year in residential sales or leasing
• Working knowledge of Boston neighborhoods
• Clear communication and the judgment to earn client trust
