Join the Roussarie lab in the School of Medicine as a research data analyst focused on processing and analyzing genomics data onsite in Boston.
Responsibilities- Run calculations on genomics datasets generated by lab projects.
- Apply established computational pipelines to support data processing and analysis.
- Develop new computational pipelines by adapting from previously existing methods when required.
- Assist with additional computational and statistical problems that arise with lab work.
- Carry out all data processing in close collaboration with lab members.
- Provide support to students associated with the lab.
- Support statistically sound genomics experiments alongside lab personnel.
- Education: Master’s degree.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years’ experience.
- Field alignment: Background in bioinformatics, biostatistics, or a related field.
- Master’s degree plus experience in bioinformatics
