Senior scientific leader as Head of Biologics Engineering & Next-Generation Platform Innovation, responsible for defining and executing strategies for advanced biologics beyond monoclonal antibodies.
Establish vision and portfolio for innovative modalities (multispecific, conditionally active), direct programs from discovery through IND, develop a scalable multispecific biologics platform integrating AI and automation, and build a high-performing team.
RequirementsPh.D., M.D., or equivalent in relevant fields; extensive leadership in biologics discovery and development; expertise in biologics engineering, antibody therapeutics, multispecific formats, and computational biology; proven success in advancing pipeline assets from discovery to IND.
