Reporting to: Market Bar Manager

Time Out Market is dedicated to providing exceptional food and cultural experiences for our guests. Our Market Bar-backs play a vital role in delivering outstanding guest service and ensuring a memorable visit for every guest.

• Assist bartenders with service, guest orders, and product delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and back bar
• Prepare mixes, garnishes, and ensure proper stock rotation
• Support setup and maintenance of event spaces and equipment
• Replenish stock and report shortages
• Adhere to safety, health, and company policies
• Respond to guest inquiries, anticipate needs, and handle complaints professionally
• Monitor guest intoxication levels and escalate concerns appropriately
• Complete opening, closing, and safety duties as assigned

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
