- Understand our culture and take whatever necessary steps to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
- Guide guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the food, beverages, and ingredients.
- Provide food recommendations to guests and address all menu and service‑related inquiries.
- Take accurate orders and partner with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations.
- Follow company policy in handling guest allergies/intolerances, ensuring guests receive "safe" meals.
- Properly enter all items served to guests at our Point of Sale (POS).
- Provide friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return.
- Provide accurate checks to guests, accept payments, and complete all appropriate transactions.
- Handle guests’ complaints by listening to their concerns, informing a manager promptly, and resolving issues to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return to the restaurant again.
- Arrive to work on time as scheduled, well‑groomed in the proper work attire, and ready to work.
- Clock in and out as scheduled.
- Demonstrate a helpful and positive attitude at all times toward guests and team members.
- Complete all assigned tasks and duties assigned by managers/supervisors.
- Follow proper cash‑out/check‑out procedures before leaving at the end of a shift.
- Assist fellow team members as needed to ensure our guests receive the highest standard of food, beverage, and hospitality.
- Inspect restrooms, dining room, and wait area, clean as needed, and report any unsafe conditions to maintain safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe environment in the restaurant.
- Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced work environment.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Able to speak to the restaurant’s story and mission statement.
- Passion for hospitality, providing exceptional service, and creating memorable dining experiences.
