Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring full‑time and part‑time Restaurant Supervisors to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of service are provided to our guests and supporting our three Boston locations:
Banners Kitchen & Tap, Momosan Ramen, and Hub Hall.

$25.00 – $25.00 / hour

• Assist managers with the training, development, and performance reviews of team members.
• Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume.
• Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and guest needs.

• Minimum of 1 year related experience required.
• Superior organization and guest service skills required.
• Proficiency in word‑processing, spreadsheets, and email.
• Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated experience in handling guest enquiries.

• Ability to lift or carry 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
