Flour Bakery + Cafe is now hiring for a full-time Prep staff position
. The Prep position requires flexible availability and will report directly to the Kitchen Manager but will also be given direction from other location managers.

• Execute prep list as written by KM or lead prep.
• Note the order in which tasks are to be completed.
• Provide support for coworkers in order to ensure prep is being done efficiently.
• Follow all recipes and techniques in food preparation.
• Be another set of eyes on product/Mom test
• Provide constructive feedback for the staff
• Handle food and clean stations per standard sanitation procedures.
• Assist with kitchen upkeep and deep cleaning tasks when production list is complete
• Help maintain an orderly and clean kitchen

This position has an average starting compensation of $15.50‑$17.50 per hour ($15.50 per hour + a shared percentage of sales known as the BOH appreciation, which on average adds around $2 per hour). The starting pay rate for this position is $15.50, but the total pay range is $15.50‑$21.59.
