La Padrona – Sommelier
La Padrona – Boston’s Best New Restaurant of 2024, and most recently named one of The New York Times’ “50 Best Restaurants in America,” is looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial and sales‑driven Sommelier to join our Hospitality Group.
Location:
Boston – Back Bay
- Specialize in selling the wine list.
- Deliver prompt, attentive service to guests.
- Maintain a clean workspace and undertake daily side‑work tasks such as cleaning, organizing, receiving orders, and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Show off beverage knowledge while caring for guests and contributing to growth of the program.
- Support a menu featuring an authentic journey through Italy’s regions, upholding a commitment to excellence.
- Previous experience in the Restaurant Industry.
- Wine certification (WSET or Court) required.
Hourly base of $6.75 plus inclusion in the tip pool, paid time off, health and dental insurance, a respectful work atmosphere, and room for growth.
