Overview
Our Server Assistants are responsible for providing the Gordon Ramsay standard of remarkable experiences and exceptional hospitality to our guests. The Server Assistant enriches the guest’s experiences by performing key support tasks and working in tandem with the Servers. Duties include manicuring active tables and clearing, preparing and resetting vacant tables. The Server Assistant will maintain a pristine restaurant environment by grooming the dining room and its perimeters.
This position will work in tandem with the Servers and Culinary Staff to ensure plate integrity and prompt service of meals to the guests. Additionally, will act as a liaison, communicating between the guest and kitchen, to protect service timing and table readiness.
