• Provide a warm, welcoming greeting to members and guests.
• Ensure timely service and high member satisfaction in accordance with service standards.
• Lead and cultivate a respectful, productive work environment.
• Understand and enforce all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Serve alcohol responsibly within all legal guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, and specials.
• Perform opening and closing duties according to the side‑work checklist.
• Keep bar and service areas clean, organized, and in impeccable condition.
• Accurately enter all food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Assist team members as needed, with or without management direction.
• Communicate health and safety concerns immediately to management.
• Attend all informational meetings and reflect positively on the team.
• Assume 100% responsibility for the quality of services provided.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.

• Experience in a hotel or restaurant preferred.
• Service‑oriented style with professional presentation skills.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
• Strong teamwork and accountability for the team’s work.
• TIPS certified (can be completed during onboarding).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with good prioritization and follow‑up skills.
• Basic understanding of health and safety, food hygiene, and employment legislation.
• Open availability and flexibility to work according to business needs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

This role is performed in a moderate noise level work environment. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Regular requirements include talking, hearing, and climbing stairs. Frequently standing, walking, sitting, using hands, and reaching with hands and arms. Occasionally climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. The employee must frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
