Serafina is a welcoming and fast‑paced Italian restaurant focused on great food and excellent guest experiences. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Host to be the first point of contact for our guests.
Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Manage waitlists and seating arrangements
- Answer phones and assist with reservations & take‑out orders
- Communicate wait times clearly and accurately
- Work closely with servers and management to ensure smooth service
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast‑paced environment
- Punctual, reliable, and team‑oriented
- Prior restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask

Base Pay$18 (plus tips)/hour
