We are a high-quality, fast-growing restaurant/hospitality group dedicated to exceptional food, thoughtful service, and a strong kitchen culture. We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations and drive consistency, creativity, and excellence.

The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, including menu development, food quality, cost control, and sanitation/operational standards. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can balance creativity with operational efficiency.

• Design and execute seasonal menus that align with the restaurant’s concept and brand
• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure quality and consistency
• Manage food and labor costs to meet budget goals
• Hire, train, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff
• Maintain all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Collaborate with ownership/management on pricing, events, and long‑term planning

• 5+ years of professional kitchen experience, including leadership at the Chef or Sous Chef level
• Proven experience managing food costs and kitchen budgets
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
